On a scale of 1 to 10, Steven gets at least an 11. He was so helpful, he explained everything, showed us pictures of the roof vents that were cracked. I learned so much, and Steven was just so delightful.

Very Pleased with Coral Home Comfort

I found Charlie to be very fair and up front in doing the estimate, and we were called for an appointment on a usable day to do the installation. The installation was done very quickly (in the required time frame) and done very neat and tidy with all the old equipment taken out. Steve left the furnace room very clean. The inspection was done and both units were test and working fine.

We are very pleased with Coral Home Comfort and would highly recommend them.

We are also pleased with the Lennox product.

I found Steven, Mat, and your contracted electrician Ryan to be professional and polite. Use of covers to protect the floors was most appreciated. The furnace unit and A/C condenser installs and utility connections were done after consultation with myself regarding placement. I was impressed by Steven’s communication skills in keeping me informed of the progress and equipment operation. I will refer others to your company without reservation. I would like to inform you that I am most satisfied with the exceptional service of your company. Your product, the Lennox® XP19-36 heat pump and air handler, installed in April 2009, is working efficiently. The installers were very professional and your employees were so helpful in dealing with the paperwork in order to receive my rebates.

When I detected an undesired noise in the heating and air conditioning unit in January 2010, you personally came to check it. You returned several times also including technician Brad in order to make improvements to stop the banging sound. After Coral had installed our new furnace and water tank so well, we decided to try your plumbing service for two projects. You’ll be happy to know that Ryan “hit it out of the park” both times. The best part is that, for future projects we’re thinking about, we already know who to call.
