Both packages include an EL18KSLV heat pump, a furnace and a matching indoor coil. The furnace and included smart thermostat distinguish the two options. Coral will explain the equipment match and provide a quote for your home.
Elite package
EL297 furnace + EL18KSLV heat pump + matching coil.
Signature package
SLP99 Signature furnace + EL18KSLV heat pump + matching coil.
The installed bonus value covers the thermostat and its installation; the complete heating and cooling system is purchased separately. FortisBC rebates are assessed separately.

Dual fuel combines an electric heat pump for heating and cooling with a gas furnace for additional heating when the system controls call for it.

Come home from a sun-filled Okanagan afternoon to a space that feels just right. In summer, your heat pump moves heat outdoors to cool your home.

Lennox’s slim-design, cold-climate model offers variable-capacity operation: it adjusts its output to help maintain comfort. The same heat-pump model family appears in both packages.
The furnace supplies gas heating and circulates air through the ductwork. The indoor coil transfers heat between the heat-pump circuit and your home’s air. The exact combination matters for performance and rebate eligibility.
The package’s included Lennox smart thermostat gives you a touchscreen and connected controls for your comfort settings. Coral will explain the E40 or S40 features that apply to your selected system.
Equipment selection, sizing and control settings depend on your home and the confirmed system match.
The FortisBC rebate
Eligible customers may qualify for up to $4,000. The program requires a qualifying replacement system and an approved equipment match; brand or model-family names alone do not establish eligibility.
Coral can review your home and proposed equipment with you. FortisBC determines rebate approval.

The Elite package includes the Lennox E40, with a stated installed bonus value of $715. The Signature package includes the Lennox S40, with a stated installed bonus value of $1,137.

These advertised packages include a new furnace, heat pump and matching coil. If you want to keep your furnace, ask Coral about your options; do not assume an add-on installation qualifies for this offer or the rebate.
